The ‘Life Minder’ is a once-only cost of $425.00 with $25.00 sim card credit.

The Life Minder automatically dials the pre-programmed mobiles when a fall is detected. Comes in Black and White versions.

It is a IP67 Life Minder is water resistant. It will go anywhere giving the wearer freedom, taking away the concern of “what if”. The Life Minder has brilliant hands-free built in two-way speech allowing the family direct communication, also giving the location of the wearer via GPS Google Maps, accurate to within 2 meters.

The Life Minder Fall Detector enables loved ones at any time to know where family members are by dialling into the Life Minder to get their location. The unit has Australia wide coverage, working from the Telstra or Optus network. It initially comes supplied with a pre-paid starter pack SIM card. The family can reload the SIM card for as little as $10.00 per 90 days if required (subject to change).

Once you activate the SIM card, you’ll be given a mobile number. You then send text messages from another mobile to the new number in the Life Minder and proceed to program as directed in the easy to read manual supplied. The device will alert up to 5 people sending text messages with a Google map location.

Fall detection is signalled by the angle and impact of the fall. This event automatically sends a telephone call to love ones as well as a text message advising of the fall, giving the location within 2 meters. The user doesn’t need to be conscious, once fallen the fall detector takes over if it has been accidentally activated it gives an audio signal and it can be cancelled by the wearer.

It is supplied with its own docking station to charge up every night. Fully charged battery life is 3-7 days. With selective programming, the battery can last up to 30 days. When the battery gets as low as 12% it will send a battery low message to mobiles.
